Welcome to Reel Action Charters!
I’m Captain Scott D’Agata, and I’ve been an avid angler on the waters of New York State my entire life! For the past 12 years I’ve enjoyed catching BIG Trout and Salmon on the deep waters of Lake Ontario. After being a mate on other boats for a few years, I decided it was time to become a Captain of my own vessel - the Sally D! Our Charters leave from Oswego Marina and can be reserved for half or full day trips. So if you're looking for some Reel Action book a trip today!
There’s never a boring day on Ontario, take a look at some of our pictures and see what we bring in! My father, who also captains with me, passed on his joy of fishing to me, and there’s nothing we like more than to pass on that enjoyment to you. Between us, and my crew, we have the experience to put you on fish everytime!
All of us at Reel Action Charters believe fishing should always be fun, and we do our best to make sure you are having a great time on your trip. We have enough passion and energy for the sport of fishing to go around, but Beware! It’s Addicting! If it wasn’t for my wife and 2 beautiful twins, Addison and Will, I’d probably never get off the boat!
What to Bring Aboard the Sally D:

* Bring your lunch, snacks and drinks for the day.
* I’ve found it’s a good idea to pack some motion sickness medicine, just in case.
* Watch the weather reports and bring proper clothing and sunscreen for cold, rain, hot sun, or whatever else Mother Nature may throw at us.

* Be sure to wear soft sole shoes, it can be a rocky ride sometimes and the deck can get slippery.
* Bring a friend and share the fun!
* Bring your camera and “LET'S CATCH SOME FISH!"
